Carrot Cake

CARROT CAKE!

I love to cook and I made carrot cake! The receipe for those who are interested, it's very easy to make:

3 cups shredded carrot
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup oil
2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
2 t. cinnamon

In one bowl, mix sugar and oil. Stir in eggs and grated carrots. Mix well. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Slowly add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture and stir until blended.


Bake at 350F for about 45 minutes (until the cake is done). Allow the cake to cool completely before frosting.

Cream Cheese Frosting
3/4 cup powder sugar
1 1/2 T. cream or milk
3 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
1 t. vanilla
1/2 t. cinnamon

In a medium bowl cream together cream cheese (at room temperature) and milk/cream until soft and fluffy. Gradually add powder sugar. Mix well. Add vanilla and cinnamon and mix.
