Pumpkin Pie
PUMPKIN PIE!!The ladies I work with wanted me to make pumpkin pie - I don't know why. But I agreed and I made it! My first ever pumpkin pie! I had a to make it completely from scratch including baking a pumpkin and scooping the guts out. Friday we get to eat it.

Looks good enought to eat! How can you wait until Friday?
We ate it Friday- All the women I work with said it was the best pumpkin desert they ever ate! And they said I am a professional! It turned out great! I have enough pumpkin (I froze some) to make another pie for thanksgiving.
